Juxtaposition

Hi Everyone! I hope you all have had a great week!

This is the 4th look that was featured in my latest Lookbook on my YouTube channel where I show you how to utilize your old sweaters that you may have been looking over.

I love the contrast of this look and it really expresses my personal style, which is what I like to call Casual Glam. When I am wearing a really glamourous piece, I almost always pair it with a more subdued item to give it a more laid back feel and oversized sweaters are the perfect way to achieve that.

A girl can't live without her pumps :)

Fur & Oxblood: A Fabulous Combination

Hi everyone! I hope you all are having a good week so far! I am definitely ready for Friday lol.

I wanted to bring you all another look that I styled using one of my favorite go to items this season which is the sweater!

In this look I kept the color palette very neutral but added a trendy pop of color using the ever so popular Oxblood for my accents.

I love this sweater because it is so comfortable and it also features the hi-low hem which is perfect when wearing jeggings or leggings just to cover up your bum!

I am loving fur this season, so I added my favorite fur vest in cream for some extra glam and warmth.

 Not feeling fur? Swap out the vest and add a Floppy Fedora! I love the western feel of this one.

 I pulled the look together with some light wash jeans and gold accessories!

Triple Trend

Happy New Year Everyone! I know I am over a week late, but better late than never right? Well I wanted to kick this New Year off with a look that includes 3 different trends! Yes 3!

I'm sure you all have noticed the reintroduction of the "sweater" this season as it has been seen on celebrities, runways, and many bloggers. The once common, frumpy sweater has been revamped and they come in an array of different colors, patterns, and fun textures. Sweaters/Knits have even made their way to the runways brought in by designers Jason Wu, Oscar de La Renta and Stella McCartney!

Here I am wearing a striking Neon sweater that is so cozy and stylish!

I decided to pair this sweater with my faux leather leggings to add a bit of chic edge....

and also one of my favorite pair of color block pumps!

Neon, Leather and Color blocking and I managed to pull it off without looking overly done and trendy.

 I topped it all off with a red lip for that splash of glamour that I love and Voila! Three Trends done right!
