Hi ladies, so it's finally here! My youtube channel :)

I know you girls have asked me time and time again to start a youtube channel to better communicate with you and talk about other things besides my OOTD's. I didn't really want to start a new venture without being able to put the right amount of effort into producing quality and helpful videos for my viewers, but I bit the bullet, put my shy fears aside and uploaded my first video to my new channel PocketsandBowsTV. Check it out below.

Ombre

Hi guys! As you all the know the ombre trend has been huge this year! From hair, pants, tops, and even nails, this trend has made its way into every fashion enthusiast's wardrobe some how.

I have to admit, I wasn't really into the ombre clothing until I saw a pair of jeans from Zara and these pants on the Asos website. I never took the plunge because I was skeptical of how the pants would fit, however it must have been meant to be. When I saw Noel (Leglamprincess) in Houston, she mention that she had the Asos ombre trousers and was going to send them back. She let me try them on and I fell in love. The neon, the length, the pockets, everything about these trousers were perfect! I do wish the pants were a little baggier, but hey, I'll lose into them :)

Enough of me rambling, check out the pics:

 I decided to pair these neon ombre trousers with a silk black tank and pumps. You all know how I love a pointed toe pump with a pair of trousers, so classic!

Also, You may have noticed that I changed my hair up. I was in desperate need of something different and this is what I came up with. What do you think? The shorter style is taking some getting used to (plus I still need to do some shaping/cutting but I've been too lazy to tackle it), but i'm liking it so far. Great way to beat the summer heat.

Candy Yum Yum (Matte Neon Pink) and Flash of Flesh (Peachy Nude) were my must haves! I like Moxie and this has been a requested item for sometime but once I found my favorite hot pink from MAC, Quick Sizzle (another limited edition lipstick), I had no use for Moxie anymore. They are very similar in color, however Moxie is a retro matte and Quick sizzle is a regular matte.

If you have been lusting for any of these products I suggest you buy two. A makeup addict always needs her back ups :)
