Basics: Amped Up

Sometimes it's great to keep it simple and go back to the basics! You can't go wrong with a stripe top and a pair of jeans. To amp this look up a bit, I added a pair of orange and pink pumps. You all know how I feel about orange and pink, so I couldn't pass these shoes up when I spotted them for only 16 bucks.

  13. Love this simple outfit. I keep seeing this brand at Ross. I'm sure it's probably been around for a while but I'm not sure. I just now seem to notice them when I stop in for shoes.I'm with you on the cuffed jeans girlie. I have to have the perfect length for my height though in order to cuff them without the added bulk.

  20. You do look Great! I have one question. How are you cuffing the jeans? Every time I try to cuff mine, they look like a big country cuff. If possible can you give instructions. Plus, I am very short - coming in at 5' 3" so most of my jeans needs to be cuffed if I can't find it in the petite section. Plus petite sizes get smaller in my size 16's.

    1. Thank you! LOL @ big country cuff! I just kind of fold them haphazardly, honestly. I just try to make sure I fold really thin about 3 times. Depending on the fabric, the jeans can start to form that "country cuff" throughout the day lol. I know exactly what you mean about being short, I'm only 5'1 :0(
